All Shack restaurants utilize three different cleaners that are on the EPA list of antimicrobial products for use against COVID-19 or have been granted as acceptable to use to kill COVID-19.

  • Team Members use these products to clean and disinfect all high-touch equipment and surfaces every 30 minutes, including: credit card readers, trays, point of sales systems, door handles, tables, chairs and booths.

  • Communal condiments have been replaced by single serve condiments and are available upon request

  • Coffee pots are sani-sprayed and wiped between uses

  • Guest check presenters are out of use

  • Shack Sharpies are no longer in use but feel free to bring your own
